Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Accounts Payable processes to ensure smooth handling of invoices from receipt through payment preparation according to guidelines.
• Execute AP activities including prompt vendor invoice payments, reconciling outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate documentation and control reports.
• Meet service delivery standards aligned with targets, schedules, and internal customer expectations.
• Assist and guide team members in resolving daily operational issues.
• Analyze and resolve financial and technical accounting issues such as overdue transactions, billing disagreements, and data discrepancies.
• Propose service improvements to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Perform detailed financial analysis on AP operations to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with other specialist departments and external service providers to ensure efficient processes.
• Influence acceptance of new concepts, practices, and solutions.
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships with DHL managers and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to line managers and colleagues; may oversee work of up to two employees.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than four years of relevant experience.
