About the Internship Role

We're seeking an OFR Intern based in Doha, Qatar, to support our Customs Service team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in customs and freight forwarding operations while contributing to a globally recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with foundational administrative and documentation work linked to import, export, and customs clearance activities.
• Review shipment paperwork such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, and other clearance documents to ensure completeness.
• Conduct data entry, organize files, update internal systems, and maintain precise shipment records under supervision.
• Collaborate internally with customs colleagues to track pending documentation, approvals, and clearance necessities.
• Support creation of basic reports, trackers, and provide status updates for internal purposes.
• Learn and adhere to standard customs clearance protocols, compliance standards, and company policies.
• Promptly report any missing or inconsistent documentation to the assigned supervisor or team member.
• Handle sensitive shipment and customs information with confidentiality and precision.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently a student or recent graduate pursuing a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, international trade, customs, or a related discipline.
• No prior professional experience is mandatory; however, experience through internships, administrative tasks, or basic knowledge of logistics/customs is advantageous.
