Job description
Role Overview
Clariness seeks a Proposal Manager based in Germany, UK, Serbia, or South Africa to join their team full-time with an open-term contract. This position plays a vital role in ensuring clinical trial proposals and contracts develop efficiently, accurately, and compliantly, collaborating closely with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for proposals, managing related communications and necessary documentation.
- Prepare proposals and oversee associated processes for new and existing clients in coordination with business units, notably Business Development and Project Management.
- Analyze and define offer parameters and conditions, creating presentations to facilitate decision-making.
- Develop, update, and fine-tune detailed and precise proposals reflecting both Clariness and client requirements, adhering to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) protocols.
- Devise innovative and effective project strategies to support clinical research clients.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline.
- Exhibits strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Displays commercial awareness with an interest in contracts, pricing structures, and financial precision.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in an organized manner.
- Possesses excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software.
