Proposal Development Associate (Korean-speaking)

Position Overview

The Proposal Development Associate role involves overseeing designated proposal and quotation projects relating to clinical trial services. This position functions under the supervision of senior members within the Proposal Development team and serves as an entry point in the Proposal Development career trajectory. Collaborating closely with the Business Development unit, this role supports sales initiatives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle global proposal and quotation opportunities, guided by internal stakeholders.
• Develop and update quotations utilizing pricing models and standard templates.
• Ensure timely system updates to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Process client change requests with corresponding amendments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary input and meet deadlines, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Compile and manage ad hoc reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, logistics and supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Fluency in spoken and written Korean is essential to liaise with Korean clients; applicants must indicate their language proficiency level through certifications such as TOPIK or KLPT in their résumé.
