Proposal Development Associate

About the Role

The Proposal Development Associate plays a key role in supporting clinical trial service proposals and quotation processes, working closely under the supervision of senior proposal development personnel. This entry-level position fosters collaboration with the Business Development team to facilitate sales operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned global proposal and quotation opportunities with guidance from internal teams.
• Create and maintain quotations utilizing established pricing strategies and templates.
• Ensure timely updates in internal systems to support efficient project execution.
• Handle client change requests and implement necessary adjustments accordingly.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required inputs, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Prepare various reports, dashboards, and trackers as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, logistics and supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
