About The Role

The Regenda Group, through its Redwing agency, is seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join their dynamic sales team based in Liverpool city centre. This full-time permanent position (35 hours per week) offers an annual salary starting at £33,500 (full-time equivalent) plus commission, with an anticipated on-target earnings of approximately £42,000. Upon earning NAEA qualification, the salary will increase to £35,000.

Key Responsibilities

As a Valuation Consultant, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth by assisting the team to manage a robust pipeline, negotiating offers, and maintaining excellent relationships with both property vendors and buyers. Your responsibilities include ensuring outstanding service from initial market appraisal through to completion and consistently meeting sales targets.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years' experience in estate agency sales valuation, backed by relevant qualifications such as NAEA, ARLA, or NFOPP. You should be confident, articulate, and able to quickly build trust and rapport. A motivated, target-oriented, and proactive work ethic is essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, and the capability to handle disputes empathetically are required.
