About the Role
The Australian Taxation Office is looking for Property Services Officers to join its national Property teams. In this role, you will perform various duties that support the management and operational functions of the ATO's Property Portfolio. Focused on service delivery, you will contribute to stakeholder coordination, business improvement initiatives, and administrative support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking and communication skills to analyze information and respond to client inquiries effectively.
- Support project implementation, site coordination, scheduling, logistics, and general business operations while managing multiple competing deadlines.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example within a dynamic team environment and supporting both personal and team development.
- Roles may be specialized within Accommodation Strategy, Projects, or Business Management functions.

Positions may be permanent or temporary and are available across multiple locations including Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Gosford, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt, and Wollongong.
