Role Overview
Join our Contracts & Compliance team as a Property Officer, playing a crucial part in managing the rise in damp, mould, and other housing hazards governed by Awaab’s Law. This role supports the wellbeing of residents by ensuring their homes are safe and healthy while maintaining adherence to shifting legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support response efforts to increasing damp and mould housing issues.
- Monitor and verify completion of repair and maintenance work.
- Coordinate property inspections and assist with complaint management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and compliance.
