Position Overview
Town and Country Housing is seeking a seasoned Multi-Skilled Trade Operative to become part of our team focused on delivering exceptional responsive repairs and maintenance to social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
This role demands hands-on expertise across multiple trades, including foundational carpentry and plumbing tasks. Additional duties involve plastering, decorating, tiling, and overall upkeep of properties. Working independently, the operative will ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard to support the provision of excellent homes and services for residents.
