About the Role
IB Property invites applications for an experienced Property Manager position to join their expanding Sydney-based team. This role offers an opportunity to work within IB Group, a well-established property organization involved across various domains including commercial and residential real estate, strata, building management, and insurance services. Candidates who are eager to take responsibility for their property portfolio and advance their career in property management are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and management of assigned property portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Arrange and supervise repairs, maintenance activities, and contractor engagements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Manage lease renewals, tenancy agreements, and related matters.
- Monitor rental payments and track arrears.
- Handle property outgoings management and budgeting.
- Address and resolve issues promptly with a professional approach.
- Collaborate with the wider IB Group team for integrated property management solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in property management.
- Possession of a valid New South Wales Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate effective relationships.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset driven by solution-oriented thinking.
- Current and valid driver’s licence.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range offered for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, exclusive of superannuation, supplemented by a KPI-based bonus component.
