Role Overview
We seek a Permanent Full-Time Property Manager to expand our team at Whyalla, South Australia. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of rental properties, enhancing growth via strong client relationships and seizing new opportunities. Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local industry experience are crucial for maintaining and developing client connections to meet their ongoing needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain relationships with clients to identify their existing and future property management requirements.
- Discover and nurture new investment opportunities for current and prospective clients.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to ensure standards.
- Manage rent collections and oversee debtor accounts.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for landlords and tenants, both new and ongoing.
- Collaborate with the Elders team to provide clients with innovative property solutions.
- Promote Elders’ services actively, including participation in community events and field days.
Candidate Profile
- Sound understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
