About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our expanding team on a full-time basis at a well-regarded real estate agency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property management and eager to develop their career within a respected agency known for its supportive culture and genuine team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their current and future property needs.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities for investments for both existing and new clients.
• Conducting regular inspections of managed properties to ensure standards are maintained.
• Managing debtors effectively to maintain financial health.
• Preparing and managing all necessary documentation for landlords and tenants, both new and ongoing.
• Collaborating with the broader Elders team to introduce clients to innovative opportunities.
• Maximizing promotional activities including participating in field days and community events to enhance visibility and engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and well-organized with excellent time management capabilities.
• Innovative, resourceful, forward-thinking, and comfortable using technology.
