Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Subiaco, Western Australia requires managing a portfolio of residential investment properties. The Property Manager will coordinate leasing activities, schedule and conduct inspections, handle tenant interactions, and maintain comprehensive documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Primary Duties

• Manage tenant and owner communications promptly and professionally.
• Organize maintenance, repairs, and conduct routine and final property inspections.
• Prepare lease agreements and oversee rent reviews along with arrears management.
• Provide regular updates and reports to property owners.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold exceptional service standards and improve management processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in residential property management, including leasing, inspections, and tenancy administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to foster positive relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple properties and priorities efficiently.
• Comprehensive understanding of property and tenancy legislation, compliance, and property management best practices.
• Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office, and other digital record-keeping tools.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude to handle maintenance challenges, disputes, and unforeseen property issues.
• Valid driver’s license and capacity to conduct local travel for inspections and meetings.
• Relevant property management or real estate certification/license applicable in Western Australia; experience within an agency setting is preferred.
