Role Overview
This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team managing a varied portfolio of projects as a Property Infrastructure Project Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing infrastructure and capital projects.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, risk management, and reporting processes.
- Coordinate efforts among consultants, specialist advisors, and contractor groups.
- Lead workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Support procurement activities, contract oversight, and governance reporting.
- Recognize project risks and opportunities, contributing to successful project closure.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, project delivery, construction, infrastructure, property, transport, law, or related industries.
- Participation in projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with effective stakeholder and multidisciplinary team coordination skills.
- Proficient in report preparation, meeting facilitation, and managing project documentation.
- Commercially astute with solid knowledge of project controls.
- Exceptional organizational capability with the skill to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, construction, engineering, property, or an allied discipline.
- A proactive, solution-driven attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and develop.
