Primary Purpose
The Real Estate Consultant will serve a key position in assisting clients with property transactions. The role emphasizes lead generation, client relationship management, and overseeing sales processes to promote revenue success. Consultants guide clients through the purchase or sale journey by delivering market insights, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth closure of deals. The focus remains on providing clients the best investment value alongside superior service.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients through comprehensive consultations to assess their property needs, preferences, and financial objectives.
- Assess property worth accurately, delivering market-based suggestions.
- Create appealing property listings tailored to attract buyers and investors.
- Support buyers by identifying suitable properties, organizing viewings, and guiding them through purchase procedures.
- Represent sellers by promoting listings, coordinating viewings, and securing optimal offers.
- Keep abreast of local real estate market updates, values, and developments to provide relevant advice.
- Oversee transaction processes from contract execution to closing stages.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing strategies, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property tours, maintain continuous communication with prospects, and deliver thorough property details.
- Build lasting client relationships by handling inquiries efficiently and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Update knowledge about market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide informed counsel.
- Establish a professional network including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other real estate service providers.
- Collaborate with sales teams and management to devise and implement strategies aimed at meeting sales goals.
- Maintain current information on available properties including features, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and follow up on activities.
- Deliver excellent client service by addressing concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Document all sales-related activities, client interactions, and transactions accurately.
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards ensuring workplace safety and responsible business conduct.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Previous real estate experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Understanding of real estate legislation, market trends, and property valuation is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is preferred; however, not a strict requirement.
