About the Role
Step into a vibrant and creative position as a Client & Content Solutions Specialist at a leading media company in Hamilton. You'll play an integral role in developing and managing innovative campaigns across audio, digital, and experiential platforms within the region, alongside the Commercial Sales Team and On-Air Talent.
This role also offers involvement in broader regional efforts covering Taupo, Rotorua, Coromandel, and Tauranga, providing exposure to a wide variety of brands and campaign types.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and execute client and content solutions as well as partnership initiatives across multiple media platforms including on-air, online, social, and live activations.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and broadcast personalities to create innovative and effective campaign strategies.
- Develop comprehensive proposals, activation plans, and post-campaign performance reports.
- Oversee campaign budgets to ensure costs are managed effectively and recovered.
- Maintain schedules and timelines for client solutions and marketing activities.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns to guarantee they meet or exceed client expectations and planned targets.
- Generate insightful analyses post-activity to highlight achievements and encourage repeat business.
- Support overall revenue growth and contribute to award-caliber campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced or eager individuals with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
- Proactive and accountable with a strong results orientation.
- Creative, passionate about bringing ideas to fruition, and customer-focused.
- Holds a full, clean driver’s license.
- Previous experience in a comparable role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Confident in communication; able to build positive internal and external relationships.
- Team player with adaptability, eagerness to learn, and dedication to career development.
