Project Sales Specialist – Kitchen Projects

About the Company

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is currently seeking to fill the position of Project Sales Specialist focusing on kitchen projects. The candidate should possess practical experience in kitchen project sales and have strong familiarity with the project market, contracting, and finishing sectors within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities and projects in the kitchen domain.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with contractors, real estate developers, consultants, and clients.
• Manage projects from the initial need assessment through proposal submission and contract finalization.
• Prepare and monitor price quotations while engaging in negotiations with customers.
• Oversee existing projects and seek to expand sales opportunities and increase business volume.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to enlarging the customer base and project portfolio.

Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen project sales.
• Hands-on involvement in the project sales market, contracting, and finishing sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of project nature and effective interaction with contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building skills, and ability to close deals.
• Capability to attract new projects and customers and manage the entire sales cycle.
• Residency in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Valid iqama (residence permit) required.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Ready to join and start work immediately.
