Project Planner

Role Overview

Enersense Engineering invites applications for a full-time Project Planner position based in Singapore. This permanent role requires managing project schedules to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and scope-accurate delivery. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to set project milestones, analyze performance metrics, and maintain project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify critical path tasks and risks to facilitate timely project completion.
• Monitor and update project schedules to reflect real-time progress accurately.
• Assess project performance using metrics like earned value and suggest corrective measures as needed.
• Develop and present regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate schedules with project managers, engineers, and relevant teams to resolve conflicts.
• Conduct risk assessments related to scheduling and propose mitigation approaches.
• Evaluate how delays or changes affect the overall project timeline and budget.
• Ensure project schedules comply with contractual obligations and industry standards.
• Maintain thorough and current documentation concerning planning and scheduling activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent with a strong foundation in project management, control, and planning.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
• Proficient English language skills.
