Project Manager – Saudization Programme

eMagine Solutions is collaborating with a renowned organization to recruit a Project Manager responsible for executing a key programme within a complex operational setting. This position demands someone adept at managing structured delivery across various workstreams, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, and thriving in environments related to critical infrastructure, transport, or aviation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete delivery of the programme including defining scope, planning, milestone setting, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and governance enforcement.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts among internal teams and external partners to ensure timely achievement of project goals.
• Maintain comprehensive project controls such as RAID logs, action tracking, change management, dependency mapping, and decision documentation.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder engagements including workshops, steering committees, and periodic progress updates with clear and consistent communication.
• Generate transparent progress reports for senior leaders highlighting risks, mitigation strategies, and planned next steps.
• Ensure project adherence to local regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational realities within regulated sectors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive project management experience, preferably within engineering or technology-driven enterprises.
• Proven success managing projects within critical infrastructure or transportation sectors characterized by high compliance, safety priorities, and operational sensitivity.
• Possession of PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with an emphasis on influence and leadership, beyond mere coordination.
• Meticulous attention to detail, well-organized, and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Residency in Riyadh or Jeddah, or willingness to relocate.
• Engagement with Saudization initiatives as part of the project focus.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Familiarity with managing multi-site operations or working in controlled-access and safety-critical environments.
• Experience collaborating with international teams and handling vendor management responsibilities.
