Role Summary

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate technology-related projects from initiation through completion. The role involves project planning, execution, collaboration with stakeholders, risk mitigation, and ensuring key milestones are met within prescribed timelines. Candidates should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and effective communicators, able to liaise with technical teams, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning and tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, status reporting, and client communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify project risks and issues, proactively addressing and resolving them.
• Conduct meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain milestone adherence.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum two years of corporate experience, preferably in IT, software, data, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology consulting.
• Strong project management aptitude, including task prioritization and multi-activity handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; familiarity with SDLC.
• Professionalism in client interactions and coordination skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability with a proactive mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, or related disciplines. MBA, PGDM or formal project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile) are advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in managing client-facing projects and working with external vendors or technology partners.
• Exposure to Government, PSU, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience in preparing management presentations and dashboards.
• Background in digital transformation projects involving AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
