Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager specializing in Pre-Commissioning, to lead and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of specialized pre-commissioning projects within the oil and gas sector. This role encompasses managing project planning, mobilisation, technical execution, resource allocation, commercial metrics, and fostering client relationships, with the goal of on-time and within-budget project delivery without compromising safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive management and delivery of pre-commissioning projects.
• Supervise activities such as system cleaning, chemical cleaning, flushing, hydrotesting, drying, nitrogen services, and other related specialist operations.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, specialist equipment, subcontractors, and mobilisation logistics.
• Develop and administer project timelines, budgets, execution strategies, and technical documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to client standards, industry regulations, and EnerMech's quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) protocols.
• Monitor and control project expenditures, progress, changes, and overall commercial performance.
• Maintain robust client engagement and provide strong leadership to both project and site teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in managing pre-commissioning projects within oil and gas sectors.
• In-depth technical knowledge of pre-commissioning processes, systems, and specialist operational services.
• Experience executing projects onshore and/or offshore in the oil and gas domain.
• Proven capability in handling complex pre-commissioning tasks for new-build, brownfield, or significant capital projects.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, commercial oversight, and leadership.
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards and operational risk mitigation.
• Preferred education includes an engineering degree or a relevant technical qualification.
