- Minimum 7 years of technical project or program management experience focusing on infrastructure deployments, data center operations, or large-scale hardware rollouts.
- Strong understanding of data center site preparation, networking fundamentals, server deployments, and cloud infrastructure readiness.
- Proven experience with hardware deployment, rack and stack operations, and physical layer infrastructure rollouts in complex data center setups.
- Demonstrated success managing intricate technical projects from start to finish with meticulous attention to detail.
- Expertise in advanced project management tools including Gantt charts for efficient planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of anticipating stakeholder needs and maintaining alignment across leadership and engineering teams.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle unforeseen challenges and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel to data center locations for on-site project supervision.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- PMP or CDCDP certifications.
- Over 10 years of experience managing extensive modular or hyperscale data center construction and physical layer projects.
- Interest or experience in sustainable infrastructure, including alternative energy systems or climate-conscious computing.
