About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee projects and programs aligning with company business strategies to bolster our brand and commercial success.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships across energy, oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, petrochemical, renewables, water, and wastewater sectors.
- Ensure safety and commercial excellence throughout all project phases.
- Prepare, review, and manage tenders and proposals efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage communications within internal teams and with external stakeholders.
- Build governance and commercial capability within project teams.
- Participate in and lead critical projects, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering engineering and construction projects within energy, industrial infrastructure, water, or wastewater contexts.
- Background in consultancy, construction, or commercial project management with solid track records in delivery and commercial results.
- Knowledge or passion for water and wastewater treatment processes, regulatory frameworks, and asset management.
- Strong business development skills with an existing network relevant to New Zealand industries.
- Experienced in project governance and management, with an ability to drive targets and motivate teams.
- Solid technical engineering skills and accountability for project outcomes.
- Familiarity with sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, infrastructure, and renewables within New Zealand.
