Project Manager

About the Role

Arts & Draftz / Studio Bersh is seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Studio & Projects Manager to serve as the primary liaison connecting the Principal Designer, design team, site staff, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing daily and weekly project timelines
• Managing coordination across multiple active turnkey interior design projects
• Delegating tasks and tracking progress among designers, site supervisors, and vendors
• Maintaining comprehensive project trackers, meeting minutes, schedules, and outstanding action lists
• Organizing client meetings, site inspections, approvals, and submission processes
• Ensuring timely delivery of drawings, selections, quotations, and materials to project sites
• Proactively recognizing and addressing potential delays before they escalate into issues
• Providing succinct daily or weekly progress reports to the Principal Designer
• Taking full responsibility for all follow-up actions and project coordination

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident yet courteous, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously. Crucially, they must be committed to seeing assigned tasks through to completion.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or turnkey project management.
