Job Overview

The Project Manager is tasked with planning, coordinating, and supervising technical security projects from start to finish. This role encompasses managing the project scope, timeline, budget, quality assurance, and team effectiveness while ensuring adherence to applicable standards and requirements. The manager will act as a key liaison for clients and collaborate extensively with internal teams and the Project Management Office (PMO) to clarify needs, solve issues, track progress, mitigate risks, and deliver projects to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project preparation, scheduling, coordination, and control, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to laws, industry best practices, and internal quality assurance policies.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining regular communication to understand and address their requirements.
• Oversee quality control, enforce performance standards, and monitor project specifications compliance.
• Track project status including scope, schedule, budget, and team output while providing detailed reports to management.
• Define and assign project roles and responsibilities for effective execution.
• Collaborate proactively with PMO management and various departments to support cross-functional initiatives and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain oversight of key milestones, evaluate deliverables, and manage all project documentation such as reports and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks early, assess their impact, and implement strategies to mitigate them proactively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within the field.
• Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge and experience using design tools like AutoCAD.
• Capable of managing project timelines and setting realistic delivery deadlines.
• Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices impacting projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Robust organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in operations and project maintenance is essential.
