Project Manager - Interior Projects

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in interior projects to oversee interior design undertakings from initiation through handover. The position is based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, with work requiring site visits across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete management of interior projects from inception to handover stages.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Supervise site progress to guarantee timely completion.
• Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials required for projects.
• Oversee all aspects of site work including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceilings, and finishing works.
• Ensure all work complies with approved designs, drawings, and specification standards.
• Inspect quality of workmanship and material usage consistently.
• Track and manage project costs, material needs, and wastage minimization.
• Address site-related challenges promptly and coordinate corrective measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly project status reports.
• Handle final snagging, rectification processes, and client handover smoothly.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 3 to 6 years of professional experience in managing interior projects, especially residential ones.
• Strong understanding of interior execution techniques and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate site work and manage teams effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality.
• Good communication skills and adept at client management.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and project planning tools for scheduling and monitoring projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various project locations.

Compensation

The offered monthly salary ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹35,000.

Location and Work Environment

Work is performed on-site in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai with required site visits across Mumbai region.
