We are currently seeking a Project Manager passionate about steering cross-functional initiatives, playing an integral role within our Project Management and Production division based at our cutting-edge Edinburgh studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with leadership and subject matter experts to assist with project planning and execution, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
• Manage coordination across multiple departments throughout the entirety of the project life cycle.
• Proactively spot potential risks, communicating and escalating these issues efficiently to maintain project integrity.
• Engage with various technical teams within Rockstar to foster relationships that support and advance project goals.
• Facilitate transparent, frequent communication and build collaborative processes within development teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in project management, ideally with a background in IT or Security sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT and Security principles, technologies, and frameworks.
• Strong skills in project management including prioritization, organization, and task planning.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written, along with interpersonal effectiveness.
• Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving environments with changing priorities.
• A proactive attitude demonstrating ownership, initiative, and self-drive.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and workplace communication platforms.

Additional Desirable Skills

• Holding certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM is advantageous but not mandatory.
