Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget project completion. Core duties include setting project goals, detailed planning, coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders, risk and issue management, reporting progress to senior leadership and clients, supporting contract and resource management, and ensuring quality and sustainability alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, encompassing planning, scheduling, and successful delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with government bodies, corporate customers, and various teams.
• Competency with project management software and methodologies such as MS Project, Excel, Agile, and waterfall frameworks, along with strong documentation expertise.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude including risk evaluation and issue resolution supported by data-informed decisions.
• Experience in handling international or cross-border projects, preferably with an emphasis on sustainable or impact-driven programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, International Relations, or similar disciplines; professional certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 considered advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite at Business Bay location, juggle various priorities, and adapt within a fast-moving multicultural environment.
• Proficient English communication skills—both oral and written—with additional languages viewed positively.
