Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial and industrial HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and adhering to specifications.

Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities.

Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems on site.

Develop and maintain project timelines, manpower allocation, and material requisition plans.

Scrutinize HVAC drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and related documentation.

Regularly monitor on-site progress, troubleshoot technical and operational challenges, and liaise with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Manage material procurement and ensure availability at project sites.

Conduct frequent site inspections to uphold quality control and safety norms.

Track project expenditures, variations, measurements, and ensure alignment with client requirements.

Prepare comprehensive progress reports and documentation; engage in client meetings to provide updates on project milestones.

Coordinate final testing, commissioning, snagging resolution, and project handover procedures.

Maintain compliance with company policies, project specs, and HVAC regulatory standards.
