Job Overview
The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily production operations to meet set production goals. This role involves managing the production workforce and ensuring the continuous and efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing activities and strive to meet production targets consistently.
- Manage and supervise production staff effectively.
- Guarantee smooth operation and functionality of machinery and equipment to minimize interruptions.
- Develop and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance plans to reduce machine downtime.
- Focus on enhancing production efficiency through improved maintenance strategies.
- Maintain high standards of quality, workplace safety, and 5S organizational frameworks.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production and maintenance documentation and reports.
- Collaborate and coordinate with management teams and other departments for seamless operations.
