Project Manager

Overview

NAGA Architects invites experienced candidates to join as a Project Manager at our Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah office. The selected professional will lead design delivery and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout all phases of architectural projects.

Key Duties

• Manage and direct the design process for several projects from conceptual stages through to construction documentation.
• Ensure design outputs satisfy project goals, quality benchmarks, client expectations, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary design teams to create integrated and technically sound solutions.
• Review and approve design submissions for compliance with briefs, local regulations, and company standards.
• Identify potential design risks and apply mitigation plans.
• Take full responsibility for assigned projects, guaranteeing timely delivery within budget.
• Track project progression and proactively address technical or coordination challenges.
• Lead design coordination meetings internally and with external collaborators.
• Maintain consistent, effective communication with clients, partners, contractors, and team members throughout projects.
• Handle commercial and contractual matters including resource planning, change controls, and variation evaluations.
• Ensure design outcomes align with contractual requirements and project goals.
• Serve as principal client liaison to maintain client satisfaction.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary design teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Manage resource allocation across projects.
• Support ongoing improvements in design management processes and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in architectural or multidisciplinary design consultancy.
• Proven capability managing multiple projects or design packages simultaneously.
• Strong architectural design experience; hands-on design background advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks in consultancy projects.
• Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Previous experience with projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable.

Software Proficiency

• Required: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, BIM 360, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Preferred: Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
