Job Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the full cycle of activities for specific program cohorts, including strategic planning and execution. They will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage logistics, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery. Ensuring a superior participant experience consistent with global benchmarks yet customized for local contexts is a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves tracking and reporting on key milestones, risks, issues, and performance indicators. The Project Manager will also support governance activities related to the program and closely collaborate with recruitment, HR, sales leadership, enablement, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth operations and successful outcomes.
