Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
This position requires proven experience in Production Support, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation capabilities, complemented by strong client engagement and stakeholder coordination skills. A high degree of self-motivation, accountability, and ownership is essential. The individual will be responsible for project and program management with a proven track record of managing delivery engagements successfully.
Daily responsibilities include leading stand-up meetings to monitor user story progression, proactively addressing risks, dependencies, issues, and resource challenges. Collaboration across diverse teams is key to ensure project milestones are met on schedule with the expected quality standards.
Technical Expertise
The role specifically demands expertise in SRE practices with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Level 2 operations. In addition, the candidate should showcase experience with application and batch operations, observability tools, production deployments, and the development of AIOPS solutions utilizing Vertex DB technology.
