About the Role
We seek a seasoned Project Manager specializing in Change and Transformation to collaborate closely with our senior leadership team on strategic and business enhancement projects vital to CORDE's growth. This position is a hands-on delivery role, based at our Rolleston headquarters, requiring management of initiatives from conception through completion across all operational divisions and business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery including planning, sequencing, and ensuring consistent progress.
- Lead planning workshops and collaborative sessions with senior executives.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, interdependencies with timely escalation.
- Assist in change management processes such as communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to portfolio management by analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating project plans.
- Coordinate logistics essential for successful project execution including scheduling, follow-ups, and preparing meetings.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated track record in leading strategic or organizational change projects, preferably involving executive-level engagement.
- Possess a recognized project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile PM.
- Holding a change management qualification like Prosci is advantageous.
- Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience working within a portfolio or PMO environment rather than isolated projects.
- A flexible, pragmatic attitude with readiness to actively contribute hands-on during project delivery phases.
