Role Overview

This position involves leading major strategic transformation initiatives for a premier Saudi banking client, with significant executive attention and broad impact across business and Business Technology (BT) units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic programs through all phases from start to finish.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, governance documentation, and executive-level reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts between business and BT departments.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, manage senior stakeholder engagement, and handle escalations at the board level.
• Ensure achievement of strategic benefits and meet delivery targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in strategic program/project management within banking or comparable large enterprise organizations.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in banking transformation and managing executive-level stakeholders.
• PMP certification is essential.
• Experience managing initiatives that report to boards or C-suite executives.
• Skilled in preparing and delivering business cases and governance frameworks to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Previous involvement with banking transformation projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Familiarity with benefits realization methodologies.
