Role Overview

The Project Manager position is a full-time onsite role located in Al Khobar. The incumbent leads engineering and contracting projects through all phases, including initiation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, procurement, and expediting. Responsibilities encompass monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, and meeting client expectations. Daily activities include communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, issue resolution, risk management, reporting status updates, and maintaining thorough documentation. The role also involves optimizing logistics and supporting initiatives for continuous improvement, ultimately ensuring projects complete on schedule and scope.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven project management experience in engineering or construction projects, covering all phases from initiation to close-out.
• Practical expertise in expediting tasks, including procurement follow-ups and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Understanding of inspection protocols and quality assurance processes to verify adherence to specifications and regulations.
• Knowledge of logistics coordination involving transport, warehousing, and site deliveries to facilitate project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities for handling multiple priorities under pressure.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling teamwork across diverse groups and external collaborators.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms is advantageous.
• Awareness of applicable safety regulations and industry standards; prior experience within Dammam or the Gulf region is beneficial.
