Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-location Project Manager role based in Patna, Bihar. The person in this role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects from start to finish, ensuring that all timelines, budget limits, and quality benchmarks are strictly maintained. Key duties include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing project schedules, tracking progress, and resolving any challenges threatening the deliverables. The Project Manager will oversee expediting workflows, handle logistics and inspections, and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all involved stakeholders. Additionally, this role supports risk mitigation, compliance with company policies, and ongoing refinement of project processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong project management expertise encompassing planning, scheduling, scope control, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience and skills related to expediting material, service, and document deliveries on time.
• Competence in inspection processes to ensure quality standards and compliance.
• Knowledge in logistics management including transportation, material flow, and coordination on site.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a similar discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated background managing projects primarily within operational, industrial, or construction settings is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail.
• Strong communication aptitude to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with commonly used project management tools and software platforms.
• Capacity to work full-time onsite in Patna and handle multiple concurrent priorities under deadlines.
