We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a commercial building company located in Melbourne's inner east. This newly created role is driven by expanding workload, offering the chance to manage projects valued up to $10 million. These projects include fit-outs and new builds spanning commercial, education, health and wellbeing, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and Directors, while independently managing your own portfolio of projects.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants are either established Project Managers or those progressing from roles such as Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator, ready to take on greater responsibility. Candidates must have commercial construction experience with a head contractor; experience in residential or civil construction is not acceptable.
