Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience using tools and performing tasks in areas such as carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of the facilities.
• Capability to work independently or collaborate on projects as required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record; compliance with all applicable local driving regulations.

Work Environment

This role involves observing strict safety measures when working near moving components and machinery related to building and site maintenance. Protective equipment such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields might be necessary.

Physical Requirements

The job entails physical activities including standing indoors and outdoors for extended periods, moving within various spaces, repositioning oneself to access and operate tools, and lifting or moving at least 50 pounds unaided or with assistance.
