Overview
We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to provide support to global projects through effective governance, planning, and stakeholder coordination. The position focuses on monitoring project health indicators such as KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, financials, and resource management, along with assistance in scheduling, scope definition, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain governance processes, project documentation, and RAID logs.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall health.
- Develop and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and governance teams, supporting project planning efforts.
- Oversee project financials, resource distribution, scheduling, and manage scope changes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or PMO functions.
- Practical knowledge in managing governance procedures, RAID logs, KPIs, and preparing project reports.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination, planning, scheduling, and managing changes within projects.
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee project financials and resource allocation.
