Role Overview
We seek a passionate Project Information Manager to lead our Information Management team as part of the Digital team. The incumbent will help transform project delivery by enhancing digital workflows and information flow to support lean project performance, working mainly from our Dublin or Cork offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Information Management team, ensuring integration and oversight of software systems during the entire project lifecycle.
- Analyse project data and present insights during group meetings to assist with planning, sequencing, and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate real-time data capture efforts throughout project progress.
- Implement advanced Information Management methods aligned with BS EN ISO 19650 standards as dictated by project needs.
- Examine project scope to contribute documentation and strategies related to information management.
- Advise project teams on effective native data setups such as spreadsheets, databases, and 3D models to optimize project outcomes.
- Deliver onboarding and training for project staff, including trade partners and third parties, throughout the project duration.
- Develop and deploy Digital Execution documents and procedures tailored to projects.
- Maintain familiarity with design, collaboration, and document management systems; explore new technologies to improve client efficiencies.
- Cultivate a knowledge-sharing culture and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 8 Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related Science discipline.
- Between 7 and 10 years of relevant experience in project delivery.
- Strong expertise with workflows and data management across project phases including Engineering Procurement (EP), Construction Management (CM), and Commissioning Qualification & Validation (CQV).
- Excellent organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities including technical guidance and mentoring experience.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets and databases are preferred but not mandatory.
