Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project management within design and engineering, with educational credentials including a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a B.Tech complemented by an MBA/PGDM in Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct design and engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring projects meet deadlines and stay within financial budgets.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and management to establish project goals, scope, and expected outcomes.
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
• Engage with clients and external stakeholders to collect project requirements and ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project duration.
• Offer technical advice and assistance to project teams, swiftly resolving issues and technical questions to avoid delays.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or challenges, and implement necessary corrective measures to drive project success.
• Organize regular project meetings and provide status reports to keep all stakeholders updated on progress and milestones.
• Ensure all project activities comply with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations to uphold quality and safety benchmarks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and associated technologies.
• Strong technical background in mechanical design, product development, and analysis.
• Knowledgeable in relevant industry standards and regulations, with dedication to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and executing complex engineering projects on schedule and budget.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver work within agreed timelines.
