Project Engagement Manager

Overview

The Project Engagement Manager role is responsible for the comprehensive leadership and management of a framework agreement's successful execution. This includes overseeing the full life cycle of projects, coordinating activities, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire framework agreement's delivery process ensuring adherence to project parameters.
• Coordinate and manage all project operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Guarantee that projects meet the agreed-Upon scope, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Continuously monitor project performance to quickly identify and resolve any issues impacting delivery.
• Provide on-site assistance and attend meetings as necessary to support project success.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication channels with clients, teams, and other involved parties.
• Develop, prepare, and deliver project progress reports, documentation, and presentations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be fluent in Arabic.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing projects and programs of comparable complexity and scale.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent activities and ensuring their successful completion.
