About the Role

Deejos Engineers and Contractors Pvt Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to facilitate seamless coordination among management, project, site, purchase, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site and project teams to ensure efficient project progress.
• Oversee site activities and monitor advancement of project milestones.
• Track material requirements, follow up on purchases, deliveries, and pending items.
• Liaise with purchase and stores teams to guarantee timely availability of materials.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, trackers, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Senior Project Managers on prioritizing project tasks.
• Monitor project timelines; identify and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• Organize project-related meetings and ensure follow-up on action points.
• Ensure effective communication flow among management, site, purchase, and project teams.
• Provide regular updates about project status and outstanding tasks.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary range from INR 25,000 to INR 45,000.
