Project Architect

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Architect to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing architectural projects from conception to handover, ensuring timely submission and compliance with local regulations. The position involves close collaboration with project stakeholders and authorities to achieve quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and engage with project stakeholders to gather design and permitting inputs for delivering projects on schedule and to the required standard.
• Oversee site inspections and secure necessary authority clearances.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle including submissions to authorities, preparation of procurement documents, and detailed design coordination.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of professional post-graduate experience in architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation, and project administration across diverse project types including industrial facilities.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural work.
• Capable of working independently without close supervision.
• Good understanding of local building codes, regulations, authority requirements, and compliance procedures.
• Applicants with more advanced experience may be considered for senior roles.
• Candidates not registered as Qualified Persons (QP) will be offered the position of Executive (Architectural).
