About the Role
We are an organization specializing in designing, deploying, and maintaining networking solutions. We are currently looking to hire a Project Administrator to assist our Managed Service Project Managers responsible for extensive network, security, and cabling projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain databases containing customer and project-specific contact information.
- Coordinate dispatch requests for field technicians.
- Keep project tracking systems updated and manage daily dispatch tickets.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and field service technicians to ensure that project timelines are adhered to effectively.
- Monitor equipment statuses and support desk activities to contribute to project success.
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Educational qualifications required include B.Tech, BCA, or a technical diploma.
- Freshers with solid foundational knowledge can also be considered.
- Preferred experience includes 0 to 1 year in telecommunications or the IT industry, or in project administration.
- Strong command of English communication is necessary.
Skills and Tools
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with ticketing software applications.
