Job Overview
We seek qualified B.Tech or Computer Engineering graduates with solid networking expertise to join our team as Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers. This role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for a US-based network security company.
Responsibilities
- Handle L1 and L2 network and hardware issues within the NOC environment.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with the US counterparts to ensure seamless network operations.
Requirements
- Educational qualification: B.Tech or Computer Engineering degree.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts relevant to L1 and L2 support.
- Excellent English communication skills to liaise with US-based teams.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 40,000.
