About the Role

Boeing, a global aerospace leader with over 100 years of experience, is seeking a Programme Manager to join its Global Services team based in Dublin. The team focuses on post-delivery aircraft modifications including integrating equipment such as seating, in-flight entertainment systems, and cabin monuments. This role involves managing multiple stakeholders including Engineering, Airworthiness, and logistics teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets. The position requires frequent interaction across all seniority levels both internally and with customers, requiring excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Boeing and worldwide airline customers.
  • Own the entire program life cycle from award through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and financial accountability.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage program risks, challenges, and opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Lead cross-functional internal teams to meet program objectives.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure alignment with program requirements and timelines.
  • Organize and lead critical milestone meetings (ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI) with customers, documenting outcomes and action items.
  • Translate customer expectations and requirements to the Engineering team for accurate alignment.
  • Deliver regular status reports, schedules, and risk summaries.
  • Report program status, financial health, and major issues to senior leadership.
  • Handle customer change requests and assist in evaluating schedule and cost impacts.
  • Manage project invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Support proposal development in response to customer requests for proposals (RFPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least three years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aircraft modification and integration projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including MS Project.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or minimum of five years' experience in commercial or military aerospace.
  • Program management certification (e.g., PMP, CPM) is advantageous.

Additional Information

  • This is a hybrid position based in Dublin requiring up to 50% travel, potentially on short notice.
