Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive tracker documenting all actions, decisions, and commitments throughout the engagement, ensuring timely follow-up with designated owners against deadlines.
• Provide weekly updates to employer and client leadership detailing outstanding, overdue, and at-risk items.
• Manage the deployment of the engagement's operating model across governance, administration, design, and capability partnership areas, identifying gaps in implementation.
• Assist clients in organizational restructuring by aligning new roles to the operating model, scheduling transitions and handovers, and tracking dependencies alongside engagement commitments.
• Serve as the daily liaison between the employer’s embedded team and client L&D and business stakeholders, facilitating joint sessions to resolve cross-organizational issues.
• Oversee the engagement’s risk and issue register and prepare reports for governance meetings, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate across service domains to prevent blockages affecting the client and ensure change and communication efforts are aligned and not duplicated.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Business or a related field preferred.
• Certifications including PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, and Change Management are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Expertise in program management with strong focus on delivery commitment tracking, organizational restructuring support, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, and cross-functional coordination.
