Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive solution architectures for intricate, multi-dimensional learning projects integrating various components, delivery modes, and channels.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal combinations of Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), e-learning, simulations, social learning, and on-the-job training based on learning science and organizational needs.
• Manage vendor relationships spanning content creation, technology platforms, and service delivery—from the selection process through ongoing performance oversight.
• Lead full project lifecycles from design to deployment, coordinating across teams to address challenges and risks proactively.
• Ensure that design intentions are preserved throughout development and production phases by critically reviewing storyboards, prototypes, and final deliverables against original specifications.
• Supervise a small design team comprising Instructional Designers, Learning Developers, and Multimedia Designers by assigning tasks, performing quality checks, coaching, and overseeing performance management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum eight years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Instructional Design or a related discipline is preferred.
• Expertise in diverse learning modalities and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of learning delivery methodologies and solution architecture.
• Experience managing learning programs and projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in multi-modal learning design and maintaining design integrity.
• Capability in vendor relationship and people management.
